On the Go

This is the time when even health-conscious parents fall off the nutritional wagon and surrender under the golden arches by purchasing their little one a "happy" meal or something just as inadequate.  When you travel anywhere with young children, you must be prepared.  Not only with diapers and a change of clothes, but snacks and drinks.
This will save you time and money.
You will find that most meltdowns may even be avoided with a handy snack and refreshments.
Pack a "survival snack bag" and keep it in the car or diaper bag.
